Dear Shaun: I want to thank you for making my pool & spa amazing. The way beautiful pool & spa pictures look in magazines. After having 2 pools built in our current house as well as our prior, I had given up on the concept of a suitable maintenance plan. We have endured over 7 years of pool maintenance ordeals. From establishing the pool echo system to maintaining it we had difficulty with a pool system that was always needing what seemed like emergency service and new fix devices only to be disappointed as our family would try to use our pool as it was meant to be used. We endured years of disappointment as what was always identified to us by our string of other pool maintenance companies as systematic pool equipment breakdowns, spa trouble, pump trouble, filtration, you name it we replaced it. But still we never received the clean, crisp, water to swim in or the warm bubbly spa to sit in for more than a month or two before the next catastrophe would occur. As you know when I found Amazing Pools I was in the acceptance mode that pools & spas will never operate as I expected. It has been about a year since Amazing Pools & Spas have been performing the maintenance of our pool & spa. Without trying to exaggerate the important role of your services I wanted to remind you and others that your services and industry expertise is life changing. Our family has enjoyed uninterrupted pool & spa use and the water has never seemed to be so clear & sparkling. As you know we get allot of use out of backyard & pool area and your services have allowed us to concentrate on more important things like our children, family, & friends instead of wasting our valuable time on the latest broken system or component.
