• Service Agreement:
We pride ourselves on being a truly professional pool service. Upon signing up for our service, we have you complete a service agreement. The service agreement outlines the type of service we provide and lets you know exactly what to expect from us. This way you can be sure that there will be no hidden fees that will sneak up on you in the future.

• Payment Options:
If you have had experience with other pool services in the past, you probably paid your monthly service rate and then paid any additional fees (i.e. filter cleanings, conditioner fees, algaecides, etc.) as necessary. AmazingPools.net has discovered that due to many customers switching to on-line bill pay, many like to make automatic payments each month without looking at their bill. Due to this fast changing trend, AmazingPools.net offers a payment plan that incorporates all necessary yearly payments (monthly rate, two filter cleanings, conditioner, and algaecide) into your monthly payment. This will allow you to make your payments without having to look at your bill. If there are any parts that need to get replaced or services that need to be performed, AmazingPools.net will place one of door hangers on your front door to let you know.

• Door Hangers:
One of the ways AmazingPools.net communicates to our customers is through our door hangers. AmazingPools.net uses these to keep you informed on the status of your pool. Whether there is a problem with your equipment or AmazingPools.net added some chemicals to your pool that require you to wait a little while before you swim, you can be confident that your technician is continually cleaning your pool and that you are always being updated on its condition.

• Log Stickers:
Upon signing up for pool service, AmazingPools.net we will place a sticker on your filter that keeps track of each time your filter is cleaned. This way you can feel confident that we are doing the job you pay AmazingPools.net to do, while AmazingPools.net can keep track of your most important piece of pool equipment.
